I usually NEVER have a problem with this place but today I had my order given to me incorrect. I drove back for the correct order and it was STILL not what I ordered and the rice tastes old today. Complete waste of 35 dollars

Food was disgusting and barely cooked. Had a weird nasty taste and is way too expensive. Never order from here again

I didn’t hear the person on the phone say it was $28 and I only had $20. He called me back to tell me I needed $8 more so I told him I would ask my friend. My friend said no, so I asked him to take something off the order, or give me my money back. He refused to give me my money back. Told me to ask another friend. I told him no just give me my money back because he was giving me an attitude. He told me it’s not his problem, he doesn’t care about my life, he doesn’t need customers with no money. I’ve ordered from this place plenty of times and never had an issue like this, the one time a mistake was made on both ends I get disrespected and disregarded. Hope his business fails.

It’s really good best chinc food I’ve eva ate but I heard they don’t wear masks now and now I’m scared to eat there and I’ve been craving their food 🥺😭

If I could leave zero stars I would. The food was terrible and they didnt care when I called to let them know. They didnt offer to remake the food or refund us. I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant before. And to top it off, none of the workers had any masks or gloves on! Ewwww, come on guys.....

This place is possibly the worst Chinese restaurant (If you want to call it that) I have ever tried to eat from. The food was terrible and when I called to have them remake it, I was told they dont do that and we would be stuck with what was clearly food that was not fresh and made with no care. So I drove down to try and get a refund. i was shocked to see workers with no mask or gloves on. I was also shocked when the police were called. You have been warned not to eat there.

Our delivered food was not fresh and didnt taste like it should. We called to let them know and they had no interest in remaking it or refunding us. We drove down and the rude person behind the counter told us that the food was fine and that he couldnt help us. Beware of this place, they also didnt have masks or gloves when preparing the food. I wouldnt want anyone to get ill from the food.

I went in there to pick up my food, and I witnessed the worst customer service I have ever seen in my life! The gentleman behind the counter, rather than either refunding or making the prior customers food over, he ops to call the police to help settle an issue that it was customer service related? The police officers were astonished when they would not refund or a remake the food. One of the police officers stated that he once ordered food from ha Lin and got explosive diarrhea, not to be gross. I opted not to get the food! I recommend you stay far away from this one!

Oh boy where do I start, if I could give zero stars I would, we ordered three plates for roughly $50, the food was clearly old and no care was given into making it, we called to see if they would make it right, their response was that if we bring the food back they will call the police, I am currently sitting waiting for the police to come. All we want is either the food to be remade properly or our money back. However instead of trying to solve the problem in the house the police are apparently on their way.

We use to love this place, but food quality has slowly been declining. The last time I ordered, I got a bloody chicken finger. We haven't eaten there since, and I can barely look at a chicken finger from anywhere else now.

This restaurant looks like a hole in the wall, but the staff is extremely fast, generous with the portions and very nice to deal with.

The prices are affordable and the food very delicious. The one issue with this location has to do with parking. Built inside a small strip/retail location with other restaurants, the parking is inadequate and is often full.

If you can, use their delivery service.

Ordered 3 times take-out, every time the rice is very dry (old), forgets the duck-sauce & mustard. The condiments make the meal for me. When I called them, they only make excuses. I will NEVER order from this hack place again!

Did not bring what I ordered. Shorted on the shrimp on pupu platter. Rice had a weird taste. Usually very good. I don't like to look forward to a rrstaurant that you expect to be good as before. Especially when your treating yourself & are very disappointed. Not sure if will give another try down the line. They are nice people but I'm not buying them.
